Witam serdecznie,

Dzisiaj trening o 13.00. Jak się czujecie po wczorajszym ? Dla mnie było to jednak ciężkie wyzwanie. Bolały mnie wszystkie mięśnie, ale o to chodzi. Bardzo lubię takie  wyzwania. A wy ? Jestem ciekawa odpowiedzi. Dziękuję za to, że się przyglądacie treningom i uczestniczycie w nich. To dla mnie bardzo miłe.

Dzisiaj na śniadanie batoniki owsiane. Nie były fotogeniczne i nie mogłam zrobić zdjęcia. Nikt nie domyśliłby się co jest na zdjęciu i można zrobić konkurs kreatywności co widzicie i każdy miałby swoje skojarzenie. Przepis z mojej głowy. Co miałam to dodałam. Więc ugotowałam mleko, dodałam masło cukier waniliowy, kakao, banana, mandarynkę, wiórki kokosowe, płatki owsiane, miód Wszystko zmieszałam i dodałam do piekarnika. Batony na moje śniadanie spełniają moje oczekiwania. Wczoraj za śniadanie i  obiad dostałam mega pochwałę. Ponoć było pyszne. Dzisiaj nie muszę się martwić o obiad i  nic nie robię, bo ktoś mi zrobi obiadek.

Dowiedziałam się, że studio filmowe organizuje konkurs na scenariusz do filmu. I wiecie co ? Temat mnie zaciekawił i szukam inspiracji do tego. Musze posiedzieć i pomyśleć nad tym. Pierwszy etap jest napisanie streszczenia i opis jednej krótkiej sceny z filmu może być na 25 sekund, a może być na 3 minuty. Ale musi być bardzo krótka, ale ciekawa. Wysłałam swoje zgłoszenie o chęci udziału i zadecydowali, że mogę śmiało próbować. Dostałam mnóstwo materiałów szkoleniowych czego oczekują. Szansę na wygranie ma 5  osób. Później można napisać wspólnie scenariusz online, a potem to już z górki kariera filmowa ! Później ten wygrany, napisany osobiście scenariusz staje się filmem i słuchajcie … Hitem ! Zapraszam Was na rozdanie Oscarów. Napisali, że streszczenie filmu jest najważniejsze, bo co powiemy na rozdaniu Oscarów za najlepszy scenariusz ? Bełkot czy ciekawą historię , która zaciekawi do obejrzenia filmu  miliony ludzi, bez spolerowania. Właśnie niby łatwe, bo co to napisać kilka zdań, ale i nie łatwe, bo jak zaciekawić odbiorcę sceną czy mocnym zakończeniem jakiego nikt się nie spodziewał. Dostałam materiały reklamowe i podobne filmy do obejrzenia. Faktycznie były krótkie, ale podobały mi się . Mogę do tej pory o nich myśleć, bo robią na mnie wrażenie.  Nie wiem gdzie moje natchnienie, ale musi w końcu przyjść. Wariatka, ale to dobrze hahahahaah. Codziennie robię nowe rzeczy. W sumie kiedyś marzyłam o pisaniu scenariuszy do filmów. Hahahaah. Miałam pomysły, ale to nie do tego i jakieś głupoty. Mam miesiąc na napisanie krótkiego  tekstu .

Wir trainieren heute um 13:00 Uhr. Wie fühlst du dich nach dem Training? Es war großartig für mich. Alle meine kleinen Bewegungen taten weh. Ich mag es wirklich. Wie geht es dir Vielen Dank fürs Zuschauen und die Befragten. Das ist sehr nett zu mir.

Haferbars zum Frühstück heute. Die  waren nicht fotogen und ich konnte kein Foto machen. Rezept aus meinem Kopf. Was ich hatte, wurde hinzugefügt.
